This is my fourth 3D printer and by far, the best one. It was very easy to set up and start printing. I have about 100 hours with no issues. No glitches with color changes and prints fast compared with my QiDI Q2 multi color printer with AMS. I was so happy with it, I bought one for my granddaughters who want to learn how to 3D print.
Amazing product , particularly for the cost.

I built my first FDM printer in 2015 via the reprap project. I bought my first printer, an ender 3 pro, in 2018. I saw this printer on pre-order and that happened to coincide with a need for something that will print fast PLA and PETG parts with color options with a high degree of reliability.

I was truly and happily surprised with the performance of this printer. I'm coming from my own scratch designs on the bleeding edge of what can be done without a manufacturing backbone targeting engineering materials at the high envelope of volumetric flow rates... And the Kobra X remains in one of three precious front and center tabletop locations out of all 6 of my currently in use printers.

The purge volume is noticeably less than my bambu x2d and color changes are as fast as one could ask for at this price. I've put over 700 hours on the X and I have had only ONE failed print which was my fault. The open frame will not lend well to ABS-land for anything with a lot of build plate area or height, but the convenience and ease of everything being accessible and open considering the performance is going to be really hard to beat.

I would recommend this to a beginner, someone with experience, or someone who wants to print PLA and PETG fast, accurately, and without fuss. 5 stars all the way.

The pictured print was done without supports and inner wall/infill at 280mm/s. You simply cannot beat the performance for the price and features.

Printed all this on my Kobra X!!

The Kobra X is my third Anycubic printer. I bought the Kobra 2 when my son was little to make toys and gadgets for him. As he grew older, I upgraded to the Kobra 3 and was able to make more detailed and complex models come to life. My son is almost 5 now and with the Kobra X, we are truly able to make some awesome prints. We both love the Dummy 13 models by Soozafone (and all the variants that came after), also making our own modifications. I've stuck with Anycubic because they are, without a doubt, the most bang for your buck FDM printers around and their customer service is top notch.

After 500+ hours printing on both of my Kobra X 3D printers I've been extremely please with results. This includes fast prints, awesome first layer, great adhesion on stock build plate, consistent print quality, and ease of use. From printing fidgets, Hueforges, functionality parts, and models the quality has been outstanding. I've used other models like the X1E and CC bit the Kobra X has simplified 3D printing. I'm pleased with my decision to purchase two machines. Now onto my next challenge trying to print TPU!

This week I completed several interesting 3D printing projects. My favorite was a filament swatch holder. I print a swatch for every new filament color I open and add it to the holder. It gives me a simple way to organize my collection and quickly thumb through colors, finishes, and material types when choosing filament for a new project. I also designed and printed a graduation cake topper for my son's graduation using the Johnson & Wales University Bobcat logo. It was a fun project and made the celebration a little more personal as he prepares to start his next chapter this fall. To round out the week, I completed two quick prints for my niece. They were smaller projects, but it's always rewarding to create something that family can enjoy. Overall, it was a productive week of printing, combining organization, family celebrations, and a few fun custom projects along the way.

Kobra x not sure what all it’s capable of. What I do know is great!

Thus is my second Kobra X. The first one is the reason I bought the second one. Ease of use with a quick learning curve. It’s set up quickly and was four color printing shortly thereafter. Hardest part is which colors of filament to use first. These two printers are the first I’ve owned. I did the research and chose Kobra X because of the four colors but the price made it even easier.

This printer is very effecient in changing colors and is very quick. It is quiet and fast. I have moved all my multi color prints from my other printers to my X at this point! Very impressed and will be buying many more!

Go from a Labists E4 to the Kobra X, was day and night. I had to have to level it the E4, could never get it to talk to the computer, it was slow. The Kobra X is great and the price was only $50 more than I paid for the E4 5 years ago. Nice size build plate and the app & slicer work great. I like it so much, that I bought the Kobra 3 max.

Great 3D printer, excellent for beginners.

We bought 2, both have been working good, getting used to their little quirks, and many apps and programs associated with 3D printing

I would shugets this printer to almost anyone wanting to upgrade from a old printer. I have only had a few mess ups with my two kobra x and the generally are my fault.

I started 3d printing 4 years ago and I had a anycubic kobra 2 neo, I loved that printer with the fact that I had it as a first printer.

I use these printers for farmers markets and I bring them to the farmers market in Mendon MI, everyone loves to see a printer work and they love seeing and asking questions about the printer.

Now the kibra x is what I would say 10x more reliable and 6x faster, that is why I would suggest it to anyone wanting to upgrade there printer.

Great printer! I've been printing since its launch, my first Anycubic printer. I have had no problems printing multicolor PLA+. Easy printer to learn on. Excited to get the S1 max combo!

This thing is fantastic. It can do anything. Really clean hueforges, nice larger prints like the nerd, and great articulated prints. Easy to use for a beginner, and has the tools for more experienced makers. #ShowYourKobraXPower #KobraXStablePrinting

Started off putting in a pre-order for a Kobra X just for fun. Was building a Bambu ecosystem in printers but have been holding off. Now I have 4 Kobra X's and 2 Kobra S1 Ace Pre-Orders. Have not bought another Bambu so far!! Keep it up!!!

FAQs

Q1: What do the [1][2][3][4][5] annotations in the product details mean?

[1] Supports multicolor filament system for creations with 4+ colors, minimizing material waste; actual time savings may vary depending on user operation and environmental conditions.
[2] Under ambient conditions of 25°C / 60% RH, the printer maintained good print quality during a continuous 24-hour test using PLA+PVA. It also supports multi-material printing with PLA+TPU (68D) at maximum settings. Data sourced from Anycubic Lab.
[3] The top-mounted spool holder and filament form a natural damping system that absorbs vibrations, effectively minimizing machine oscillation during printing for improved results.
[4] The noise level data above was measured by Anycubic Lab at 1 meter in front of the printer. Minor variations between measured and advertised noise levels are normal due to unit-to-unit differences.
